Designed and developed a reusable WordPress theme for multifamily and apartment communities. Built from scratch with flexible layouts, reusable components, dynamic-content-ready structures, and custom CSS. The system was designed to adapt across individual property brands while maintaining a polished, luxury-focused foundation. Work included UX/UI design, responsive development, copywriting, and conversion-focused user journeys.

Designed and developed a custom WordPress website from scratch for a luxury multifamily lease-up property. I created the visual direction, page layouts, copy, responsive experience, and custom CSS, while building reusable components and dynamic content patterns into the theme. The finished site became a flexible template foundation that could be adapted for additional properties in the client’s portfolio without sacrificing a custom, property-specific feel.

Designed, prototyped and wrote the copy for a custom corporate real estate marketing homepage in WordPress and YooTheme. The concept positions an integrated residential platform for investors, partners, residents and prospective employees through strong messaging, editorial layouts and clear audience pathways. Built with custom responsive styling.

Designed and implemented a scalable WordPress platform for a regional housing organization managing 50+ communities, programs and resources. I created the ACF content architecture, custom content types, dynamic templates, advanced property filtering, reusable components and editor workflows. The resulting system centralized complex housing and affordability data while automatically generating consistent community profiles, maps, galleries, FAQs and related content.

Designed a universal content framework to standardize how marketing website themes are structured, built, and managed across a large portfolio of WordPress projects. I created a scalable content model, reusable section architecture, standardized editing workflows, and implementation guidelines that enabled faster website production, greater consistency across themes and websites, and long-term maintainability while reducing duplicated effort across future projects.
