Project Description:
Designed a universal content framework to standardize how marketing website themes are structured, built, and managed across a large portfolio of WordPress projects. I created a scalable content model, reusable section architecture, standardized editing workflows, and implementation guidelines that enabled faster website production, greater consistency across themes and websites, and long-term maintainability while reducing duplicated effort across future projects.

Sections were renamed to use a universal naming convention across themes & sites. This improved standardization & consistency.
Content fields on each web page were mapped to dynamic content fields with the same naming convention to improve clarity and efficiency.
