Amy A. Turner
UX Designer & Frontend Developer
Elevating User Experiences
Amy’s work focuses on creating web interfaces and digital experiences that are visually cohesive, easy to use, and grounded in real user needs. Her approach blends UX and systems thinking, design and structure, wireframing and prototyping, frontend development, and AI-assisted outcomes to shape digital experiences that feel clear, useful, and unified.
Solving User Problems
Amy’s design philosophy goes beyond aesthetics. She believes strong digital experiences begin with understanding the people who use them, the problems they need to solve, and the goals they are trying to reach. By identifying user needs, friction points, workflow challenges, and opportunities for improvement, she creates solutions that are practical, intentional, and meaningful. She is especially interested in how AI can support better research, clearer communication, faster iteration, smarter workflows, and more useful digital products.
Current Role
Amy currently works as a web designer, developer, and product operations lead serving the multifamily industry. Over the last 13 years, she has partnered with cross-functional teams to create web experiences, digital systems, reusable processes, and product-supporting workflows that balance design quality, usability, technical execution, and operational clarity. In her current work, she also explores how AI tools can support documentation, prioritization, product thinking, process improvement, and team enablement.
Open to Opportunities
Amy is open to new opportunities in UX design, product design, web design, web development, web and digital systems, AI-assisted workflows, and related digital experience roles. She values collaboration, thoughtful communication, continuous learning, and practical innovation, while also being comfortable working independently and taking ownership of complex projects. She is especially drawn to environments where she can contribute to meaningful digital products, improve user experiences, use AI thoughtfully, and design strategic solutions that make work and digital experiences clearer, more useful, and more effective.
